@Drew, she wasn’t doing everything to “answers” all his questions. It’s impossible that the supervisor has not arrived yet. It’s her fault for swearing at the customer.

well PLDT service just sucks.. madami na tlagang complaints re their DSL.. and they dont find time to train their support to handle such instances.. plagi generic ang sagot sa lahat ng queries and they really never bother to give u any feedback even if they tell you they would. kaya im sure i know why the caller is really ranting so much on it.

Hahaha.. in a way I feel guilty ‘coz I tend to be like the guy on the conversation during my bouts with the TS of “another” telecom company. All I can say is that the CSR can’t blame the customer for being frustrated with the crappy service… Not when we’re shelling out quite a bit for it.

Wahaha!!! Gosh!!! I’ve heard this months before and nakakapangilabot nung nag hysterical na ung agent. Gosh. Her fault? one was forgetting to use the ‘mute’ button if ever na gusto nya na talagang magmura. hehehe. I’ve been a CSR before, but i think Mr. Raul belongs to the “reasonable caller” category. Hindi irate. Parang kelangan lang ng assurance na talagang may mangyayari or ginagawa para ma resolve ang concern

naiintindihan ko yung side ng agent and customer, i’ve been in a call center job. sana maayos ang pag ka explain ng agent kc parang paulit ulit sya and dont make it too personal kc trabaho lang yan. kinilabutan ako.

Technically mali ang CSR… Khit anong ura ang gawin sa knya nga cust she can’t say bad sh*t about the cust dhil pinasok nyang trabaho yan and dinadala nya pangalan ng company.

Natural n magalit ang cust dhil wla nmng anuf info na binibigay ang CSR. Walang assurance. She really is a bad CSR. At fist ndi galit ung cust sa knya kundi sa service pero she took it personally. Khit ako ung cust… malamang minura ko rin sya and I wud even file a case against the company bcoz of the type of employee they hire.

Nagusap yung bobong caller at tangang agent. Unang una wala naman magagawa yung agent kung ano man ang sira nung internet access nila dahil agent lang yun. Sana tinanong nya kung san yung opisina nung technical support tapos puntahan ng actual, doon nya pagmumurahin. Tingin ko walang bayag yan, nagdidisplay lang sya ng power nya over the phone…sa babae pa. Ang angas nya magsalita na pupunta sya ng states tapos wala sya pera pambayad sa fone for overseas call? kung ganun kaimportante yung pag punta nya sa U.S., bakit nya inaasa sa internet connection lang yung pag-tawag nya sa mga susundo sa kanya na sinasabi nya. Wala na syang bayag, wala pa syang utak. Maling puno ang tinatahulan nya. Typical asshole.

all i can say about this certain conversation is they got aggravated by the situation. the man was like harassing her. i mean, she can’t do anything about the stupid connection anywoes. my friends and i are a subscribers of PLDT dsl and we experience such difficulties but you don’t hear us ganging up on call serv. rep. if he really needs no to call someone, why not go to the nearest net cafe you dumdum. it really is no big deal. he’s just so stupid to realize that. i have to hand it to the girl. she really got the balls. i just hope she didn’t take the “tangi*namo” back. and she should’ve not cried. so uncalled for and unnecessary.

first of all, he called for customer tech support. second of all, they are not there to help customers with their personal problems. if the internet is down, it is down. if u want to complain about it, go to tech support, if u r concern about billing, then go to billing. but the customer is always right,..i know its bullshit but thats what u learn in busines school. the lady could answer questions that she was taught to know. she just couldnt take it.
